The Continental Gin is so much more than just a building in Deep Ellum...it's a true historic icon of Dallas, and the cornerstone from which the rest of Deep Ellum's history was built from. By 2021, the Continental Gin Building will open as an icon reimagined, featuring contemporary space and high-end amenities that take its 19th century charm and elevates it for 21st century use.
Upon completion, the Continental Gin Building will boast the amenities of a new Class AA office tower but within an eye-catching boutique 70k SF footprint. On-site amenities will include shared conference rooms, lounge spaces, outdoor patio space, a state-of-the-art VR Lab, and a full blown Fiction Coffee shop in the lobby. Tenants of Continental Gin will get to feel the magic of what happens when the past meets the future just by coming to work each day.
