The Continental Gin Building's third floor is a dedicated tenant floor, featuring 8 spec suites that are fully-furnished, turnkey, and outfitted with everything your team needs to do its best work.
These new Deep Ellum spec suites are equipped with a mix of rearrangeable desks and dedicated private offices. The entire second floor is now the second home of Deep Ellum's original coworking brand: Common Desk. Common Desk opened its first location as a company from its OG space on Commerce in 2012, and after nearly a decade of growing the brand across Texas and the south, they're growing their Deep Ellum footprint, too.
Members of Common Desk get access to building-wide perks, as well as CD's network of coworking spaces. Common Desk - Continental Gin features shared coworking spaces, private offices for teams of 1-12, and office suites for teams of 12-15.
