The first floor of the Continental Gin Building is a solo worker's paradise. Whether you're a local Deep Ellum resident needing a go-to space when your loft isn't cutting it, a creative seeking the artistic vibe the neighborhood radiates, or a freelancer needing a place to focus for a few hours here and there–floor 1 of CGB has a spot for you.

Our open lounge features quick access to mixed-use lounge areas, a full-service espresso bar to make sure you're well caffeinated, and a cocktail bar to help you welcome the arrival of 5 o'clock with an old fashioned in hand.

The Continental Gin Building's third floor is a dedicated tenant floor, featuring 8 spec suites that are fully-furnished, turnkey, and outfitted with everything your team needs to do its best work. 

These new Deep Ellum spec suites are equipped with a mix of rearrangeable desks and dedicated private offices. Ownership of the building is local and flexible, which makes CGB a place where deals can get done at lightening speed and tenants can take space AND remain agile. Move-in-ready spaces are available so that tenants can quickly modify their footprint to adjust to the demands of the ever changing business landscape.
